I think the analogy is not correct. The chickens die soon after they're beheaded. Headless Chickens are dying chickens. Our politicians on the other hand never die so early. They continue to live long & prosper disproportionately compared to normal Indians.
One more difference is that the chickens are the prey while in our case, we are the prey.
