The renevable sources of energy u are talkn abt are stilll nt technically advanced enough to provide huge amounts of eletric power required to power our economy whch is growin by leaps and bounds. We should accelerate research in renevable energy no doubt as that is the best solution to save this planet. Bt right now nuclear energy is the best way to reduce carbon emission. Renevable sources can provide less than 1% of energy today. the rest of the 99% will have to live in the dark till we have the tech. If we dont embrace nuclear power we will do more damage to the environment.
