Valuable time and money meant for parliamentary proceedings are being lost by unruly behaviour of the Members of Loksabha and/or Rajyasabha. The so called representatives "of the people" are making a mockery of the parliamentary system with ulterior motives. The sole function of the opposition parties whether in State Assemblies or at national level are to make obstruction for the sake of opposting everything the ruling party tries to implement. As a result important legislative business cannot be taken up indefinitely. On the other hand the the so called representatives continue to enjoy all sorts of facilities, benefits and perks at tax payer's expenses. In the name of democracy the politicians, irrespective of party affiliations, are cheating the public. Mr. Ronen Sen, Hon'ble Ambassador to U.S. has made right comments. So instead of calling him back, the Constitution to be amended to call back those irresponsible and corrupt representatives, who shed crocodile tears for the poor but become rich and richer.
