Even though we haven't signed NPT, we have abided by it (while signatories like Iran and N Korea haven't). SO much so for NPT. Now about CTBT. Signatories to CTBT (except the big nations) can be prosecuted under this treaty if they test nukes. However, since we haven't signed it, we cannot be prosecuted. This deal is not the same, moron. If we test anything, the deal may be off. Which means - that we will not get any more nuclear technology and material. But how does that make things different from what already is??? We already do NOT have the nuclear knowhow and supplies. Does that mean that we have signed CTBT? .
