The way the parliament proceedings are disrupted is nothing but shocking. Billion lives are depended on it, but these people are just happy to disrupt proceedings. I donot bother who or what someone has said or who is right but there must be some other way to voice the protest, we are still a devoloping country and they have a duty to take us forward.
