regret my friend.. the nuclear test restrictions will bring in short term gain for the said deal.. but then we will not be able to carry any r & d behind it and within 3 decades the technology will change and we will not be able to do anything.. so its imp to have this deal with allowing us for our nuclear tests.. left and bjp are not saying anything wrong here.. r & d is growth and future.. dnt look at short term gains or small picture..
