foolish to try find these qualities in a foreign educated PM and NRIs, they are not perfect examples and cut out for that...US uses NRIs for political reasons...India should bring good laws to make these people serve mandatorily India...and never allow leave this country...why lose foreign exchange on these jerks...government sponsored personal development programmes!...
