Dear Editor, If ,as you say,Ambassador Sen's words weren't misquoted ,then this was this excerpt from The Invertiew 'Sen told Rediff India Abroad that the Hyde Amendment -- which has already been signed into law -- cannot be renegotiated.' what he told you telephonically ? Did he say that the Hyde act ,which is not part of the nuclear deal,can't be renotiated ? I find that highly unlikely that he'd be using 'renegotiation' when referring to the Hyde act instead of the nuclear deal.
