I fully tend to agree with Aziz Hanifa. I also tend to believe that Ambassador Sen did not specifically state that he was 'in off the record' conversation. I am also ofthe opinion, that Ambassador Sen in his quest to be in 'Good Books' of the US Admin istration, went a bit too ahead in his remarks. Some of his remaks can be easily considered off the cuff to be maded by an Ambassador - dont' know what was he thinking when he made those remarks to Aziz Hanifa. It clearly shows poor judgment and lack of wisdom on part of the Ambassador.
