I very much appreciate the clarification. This means that Ambassodor Sen is not hell bent on subverting the very system he is part of. Imagine the situation like the one in which quota was decided... The next day Arjun singh landed up in Saudi arabia to be praised for sickularism ! Here the ambassodor says he meant it off the record, and he offers his apology.
Also appreciate Aziz Haniffa to stand by his ethics and issue an clarification. Imagine his silence... we would be wondering what is happning here !
