This is hilarious and very very shameful. I just hope that this news doesn't spread across the world. We all take pride in being indians and one of india's biggest usp is that we are one of the the LARGEST english speaking countries in the world. So, what happens is some illiterate genius who probably never studied past 4th grade gets elected as an MP (Kudos to us ppl who select these uneducated morons to lead us) and is not able to comprehend a simple harmless comment made by an erudite envoy which is not even directed at them (From the interview it is clear that thwe comment was directed at the media and not any MPs) and waste a full days worth of time and money in unnecessary hullaballo. If this not the insult of parliament, then what is?
