Instead of all these mess, it is better we dig our earth and try to find uranium or other minirals required for the projects and definately Mother India will have it somewhere in its vast lands. With respect to technology, we have to follow the same method that we followed when Russia denied us the Cryogenic Engines for rockets.
Govt should throw out useless scientists and identify & appoint appropriate high IQd people for further technology development.
