So tell me if this works this way......there are more than one supplier of reactors. Possibly more than 5. And all of them are paying the congress ( Which is part of a coalition) to get the deal passed and then award the contract for the reactors to them ?? So all of them pay or any one pays?
In India this would normally be said that neighbours fight because one accuses the other of staeling the milk from his cow. A cow that he plans to buy in future !!! :D:D:D
I do not know if it works this way with those reactor suppliers !!
