Id like to know what exactly Ronan ment that he made a statement on personal capacity. If he felt so strongly tha the Hyde act cannot be amended then why is he pushing for this act. That means he is privy to this information but is refusing to act on it, even though it may case harm to Indias interest later on. Ambassador should either refrain from making such statments or tow the govt line. But if they have an opinion then work within the lines with the govt in power to remove such conditions that many not be in interest of the country.
