wht is this LEFTist doing here. No matter just have to oppose whatsoever coming from US and favour whatsoever that comes from china... Nobody has stopped us from testing nuclear weapons. We have to just bear in mind that any such tests will definitely be retalliated by strict sanctions which anyhow will be even if we dont sign this deal. It is our indian govt stand that we have given moratorium to nuclear testing. So just go for the agreement. Hyde Act gives out the details of sanctions if any country (getting US nuclear aid) carried out nuclear tests. Though with the present US govt stance this act is not completely binding.
