What do you think, India is going great guns with its nuke department? Go refer your biased statistics, India doesnt even have supply of U-235 to sustain its nuclear plants. Whatever is going on is from its own mines in Bihar and parts of Chattisgarh. Cmon Mr. Santanu nobody is using U-235 in a single stage reactor. What we are talking about is hybrid reactors and we require Th and Pu for that.
