The Leftists are only bluffing the people of India about the nuclear sovreignity being compromised. They are only mouthing the words of China. The Leftists are China's dogs and barks on any issue that China tells them to bark upon. My request to our PM is to go ahead with the nuclear deal because "Barking Chinese dogs don't bite".
