I agree 100%. But would like to highlight one big ommission. Why BJP is opposing the deal? Are they also anti India like the leftists?
The bottom line is Dharma has left India long back. Alexander, one of the greatest generals had to return after assessing the might of Magadh. Asoke, the beloved of the gods, made India a super power and his history was blanked off by the Hindus - that is seperate matter. But Dharma did not desert us till the time of the great Harsha. Suddenly in mid 8th century, a young Arab lad walks into Sind and starts a Kingdom. Mahmud started the raids and we lay prostrate at his feet not once but 17 times. A small cheif from Samarkand enters India, recruits Indians and defeats Indians. It is miracle that within 35 years of Panipat, Akbar made this country a super power again. But again we find, our forefathers selling out the country to British. Western education helped us to get back our self esteem but not the old wisdom. Our lack of character and and lack of wisdom caused division of the country. It started with young Gandhi's professional rivalry with secular Jinnah and the rest is history. Needless to say RSS had added lot of fuel to the fire in dividing the country. Wisdom is yet to dawn on them. Please remember Swamiji's words, "Nothing great can be acheived by cunningness". I am at the fag end of life. But I have a great hope in today's youth. Combined strength of youth & technology will overtake all the cunning politicians.
