Officers pulled railway towrds a better standrd getting free hand from Lalu - why not Lalu's predecessors gave that free hand? Simply
because they had corrupt interests!

We prefer to have more clowns in Indian Polity than to have fascists like Fab Reens - the puppets dancing under Americal Stick!
