Left, R u loyal to India?
by Eldho Kuruvilla on Aug 19, 2007 04:19 PM

Dear Left,

Before you force us to a political uncertainty; I want to draw your attention to the opinion of eminent nuclear community.

They have categorically stated that this is the best deal India could have. They have gone on record saying that, this deal gives us our sovereign right to detonate, develop three stage thorium based reactor and also reprocess the spend fuel.

Then what is your concern now? Please explain to the public who has voted you to power!!!

If you kill the deal, you have to give us the alternative you have for our energy requirements.

I have not voted you to sit in dark when the night falls or see my farms getting dried up coz I dont have electricity to run the water pump. I also dont want my small scale industry lying dead coz I dont have electricity to run it.

I am worried about the CO2 emissions, at the same time am also worried about the increasing cost of oil and the instability in the region where our supplies originate.

Left, please explain to us the reason why you are depriving us from this clean fuel? And also form having a better future?

You are giving us enough space to think and conclude that you are not working in the national intrest like you did in the Indo Chinese war. We suspect with a shock whether the history is repeating again !!!!!!
