i have lived in kolkata, everday at least one child will be run opver by a private speeding bus! action taken.....nil why/ the driver belongs to CITU THAT IS WHy. now trhis is kolkata, then rest of bengal? goondaism rules over all. self sufficint in food eh/ why not, they cannot even buy food.
