I really do not understand whatz the fuss about testing ,??? Why we need to test, testing nuclear programme should be very last on our mind. First think of the benfits of the deal... the amount of power it can generate is unimaginable, there will never be any power cuts and maximum parts of India can be covered by electricity,this will lead better quality of life , also power will be cheaper, and cheap power will help us to grow faster, this will lead to prosperity, and once we are prosperous then we can think of testing and all .. and once we are propserous we would definetly be on our way to becoming super power, then even America also cannot do anything.
And remember one major point America has come to us , with one eye on threat posed to it by China , so it is not that by signing the deal we will lose our identity, It will be win win situation for both countries. I sincerely hope the deal goes through and it is major success
