Just recently France made a 180 u turn regarding the fighter jet spares. when we have spent billions in the infrastructure, and generating 30 percent of our electricity, a stand off will make us weak. already when the lights go off in delhi there is high cry. people only want their present taken care. considering our human nature, I can see the govt. lack of foresightedness alarming.
