ALSO NOTE, CONGRESS OPPOSED POKHRAN -II UNDERTAKEN BY VAJPAYEE LED NDA.

RIGHT? HOWEVER, AFTERWARDS, CONG WAS FORCED TO CHANGE THE POSITION.
