And also cost man..They( all critics of deal rightly or wrongly) are estimating cost to be in tune of lakhs of crores if the deal is off.Read t'days deccan chronicle or Asian age. And man if US really wants to help as Ranjit above is saying(resist opposition from its own people and world oppositon etc etc..)then let them help us openly without hidden clauses of HYde act etc.
