Firstly, we did not perhaps tested the device just to show that we are capable (Dual Purpose). And if we test again, it would be purely for the scientific requirement of it. And perhaps there might not be any further requirement of it. It is not only US but also other countries including France, Britain, China, and Russia have already felt there is no need further. They have not closed the option. And India would also would not do that.
