It is pretty sad to see that our diplomats could not understand the US politics and they failed to understand each and every point of the agreement.If US says that there are provisions in the agreement for cancellationif India conducts nuke test,then it is a serious mistake/ignorance made by our diplomats or they again succumbed to US politics. The 123 agreement should have put on a debate before a final decision.
