it reminds me of pandit nehru who was reorted to have famously told his srilankan counterpart that while he (Bandaranayake) kept his communists in jail he (nehru) puts them in the Parliament. look where they have travelled to-day to-- threatening to destabilize a govt. that is preparing the country against Chinese hegemony in the region.
