It is the duty of the Army to co-operatre with the police to iunvestigate how these materials came to the shop keepers for public sale. At any cost a thorough investigation is essential to book the respobnsible Army Officials.Crores of ruppes are spend toimport these items by the Government. Shri AK Antony, the defence Minister should order an enquiry immediately. The culprits should be booked and punished.There are certain Army Officers in our country to loot the ration, clothing, liquor etc and earn money. This should not happen any more.
