The situation is that we cannot get past international hiccups relating very many fears that existing global alliances and strategies have in their perceptions of India's ambitions to emerge as an effective player.Our being generally non-proliferating disarmament oriented coexistence votary ,always, is considerably under- appreciated , because, so far we continue to be seen as WMD and Missile underdogs . People ,naturally, do not like anyone to leap forward ahead of ,themselves, to a more sanguinary role , as such the most effective antagonists would be our Asian neighbours Like China and her stooge pakis, and toothless Economic giant defanged of Worlld -Domination since Hiroshima.. Our Buddhist or Gandhian Legacy needs relentless advocacy , but we must also have both credible arsenal of ICBMS and capabilities for Second Strike with WMDS against all Poachers into our peaceful region.D.Goel
