The Editor of the "Outlook" should be severely taken to task for making such a gross understatement by calling Bal Thackeray a villain. He should also be punished for bringing into disrepute, the classical image of the "villain". Thackeray is a mad, violent, frenzied, traitorous and perverted racist. Thanks, P.B.Mohan
