With existing technology there is no need to test any more nuclear weapons and convert our land into waste lands. After a nuclear test the test site cannot be used for the next so many thousand of years due to radiation. These days all nuclear research and testing can be simulated on super computers and that is what all developed countries do. We too have this capability.
