Pdt Jawaharlal Nehru, Lal Bahadur Shashtri, Indira Gandhi & all Prime Minister for last 60 yrs of Independant India refuse to sign any treaty on N Deal. Are those people wewr MAD? Are those people were ignorent? Are those people were MAD?

WHY ALL THESE PEOPLE REFUSE TO SIGN N DEAL?
