It is expected that Indian Left Parties would never be able to digest this Nuclear deal signed and sealed by the Monmohan Singh Government (supported by the Left alliances) in its present form. Impartially as an Indian, if we look at it, it is definitely a deal signed under US guidance and the last nearly two years negotiations were to evolve a face saving formula for the Prime Minister Of India before the intellectual communities, Scientists, and all concerned from the unavoidable mortgage of Indian national interest to the US Government. It is extremely unusual and unbelievable to accept that Dr Singh without taking the Left parties into confidence declared the "deal is already signed and sealed." We all know that the electoral politics in India does not foresee that any single political party coming to power with people's mandate in near future. Dr Singh may have a clean record of his honesty and integrity in the past but the country had witnessed him as an aggressive Pan-American Pro-Liberalization Finance Minister after the death of Mr. Rajiv Gandhi and inviting US lobby to rewrite the indian economic policy at the cost of millions of people's lives and ever increasing poverty !
