Commies were the staunch opponents of liberlisation those days. Today they are the biggest beneficiries. They own Satalite channel which is booking profits, Amusment park, Luxury hotels in Tourist destinations, and many other undisclosed businesses. Commies atleast now should openly admit that it was a mistake to oppose liberlisation.
On the other side, the commies in W Bengal is even ready to kill the poor people( the so called poor peoples party and the only section of people they say that they care for) in the race to attract investments. Then in the first place why did you oppose liberlisation?
If India has to acheive double digit economic growth, industries has to run in full capacity. Right now its pwer cut for most of them. Agriculture GDP has to grow. And that will require electricity to run the water pump. Supply of electricty to rural areas has to there to run allied activites. Right now the Govt is not able to supply enough power. N Energy is one source and these commies dont want the poor to prosper and get better living standards. These commies who sit in Air conditioned offices and travels in modern cars and send their kids abroad for higher studies has to understand that you leaders r enjoying all the fruits of liberlisation and please dont deprive the opportunity of the poor augriculturist and rural india to come up in the life.
