Indian immigration officials are shamelessly corrupt. They allow people with fake passport to land back in India, from the Gulf. They allow crores of counterfiet rupees to be brought through baggage. All they want is few thosand rupees as bribe.
THe little girl and her mother do not know how to buy these Indian official. In the US, corruption is not that rampant as in India. Usually both the briber and the bribed will get jal term.
