some people justify the immigration officials. It is really sad. The girl came with her Indian mother with a valid US passport. She too is Indian. But when Indians go to America, they are still Indian. That means it is a foreign country for Indians. But India is not a foreign country for an Indian. Moreover, the immigration could have checked the database or could have called the Indian embassy in Washington, DC before deporting. They did not do it. Also, why a US passport holder of Indian Origin needs a visa? The visa or passport are no big things. The clerks at the embassies, simply stamp them for an application fee. Foreign Inidian
