Deal or no deal, Mush committed an act of treason by removing the legally elected PM Narwaz Sharif from his office by military force with his coup. As for the so-called deal - any 'deal' made under coercion, in this case at the point of a gun, is untenable and has no validity in a court fo law. Mush knows this, and now with his absolute powers being slowly diminished by the SC's recent actions, he saw the imposition of emergency rule as his only safe option to keeping absolute power.
