This is only a tenporary reprieve and not a permanent solution for this problem. One permanent solution that won;t be accepted by any one is: Have a time bound (Say 10 years!!) plan to bring the social equity. For that, start with the lower most sections of the society in all aspects money, education, job etc. And STOP ANY RESERVATIONS AFTER THE STIPULATED PERIOD AND NO MORE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS TO INCREASE THE DURATION.
