I don't think it is impractical fromthe point of reducing social inequity. But I do agree it almost impossible to implement this in the current political milieu. I am hoping that there would be change in political scenario for the better. Again I am also aware that it would take 30-40 years to reduce social inequity. We already had reservation for nearly 5 decades, one more decade of sincere implementation would be worth trying, Stretching anything beond that would reinforce the feeling of simmering reverse-social-inequity.
