Better not to deport him to India.The Secular Media and polititians will use him against the 'Communal'Advani,Modi etc to eliminate them.We have seen how Madhani,the brand Islamic fundamentalist involved in Coimbatore serial bombing cases were freed.The govt probing agencies will drag time and ultimateley would be let off which would be welcomed by Reds and other anti Hindu 'Secular' forces as is done in case of Madhani etc..
