Dubai Embassy renewed .....

D fled India somewhere in 1984 ? He was the most wanted criminal by the Indian police then ?
And then Bomb Blasts happened in 1992 & they were sponsored by D. After that he fled to Porkistan.
If you guys know, passports in those days used to be valid for 5 years only.
From 1984 to 1992, D has renewed his passport TWICE ! And our Indian Embassy at Dubai has renewed both times !!
In 1992 ofcourse he got a Pork passport & he fled as a Porki citizen.
Imagine the sincerity of Indian authorities in such case where they have renewed his passport, even though he was most wanted crminal !!
