Isn't immigration matters the sole perview of the federal govt and so too national intelligence and security? No wonder terrorists have a field day in this stinking land - the inept, incompetent, do-nothing myopic federal govt have totally abdicated its responsibilty in favor the even more useless, inept, do-nothing state govts.
