Why not serve the Gandhian gangster with liquor also

I'm happy that this Gandhian gangster can smoke.It will be good if he can consume liquor, smoke marijuana and inject pethadine and have company of females also.
As these are all basic necessities for this Gandhian gangster, I request the Government to provide him with these.
