RE:What is contempt of court?
by pattilikattil valsan on Aug 07, 2007 10:48 AM

Ordinary citizens are no way connected with this and Mr. Nikam rightly stated that if you have difference of opinion, there is forum to state that and not making signature campaigns and other non sense. Sanjya Dutt is a criminal and by acting a perticular role in a film does not absolve him from the criminal acts.Apart from keeping guns there are many occassions of his criminal actions using drugs and the tapes of his conversations with criminals and many more. Court has sentenced a criminal for his criminal for his criminal acts and where is the question of ordinary citizens being affeted?

Regarding the Order of the court whether it is right or wrong to be decided by LLB students is utterly wrong and misunderstanding of the subject. Please refrain from making such unnecessary statements
