A very noble idea.. I would also add something to it.. Any person who benefits from Quota (27% or 50%) should get into some kind of bond/conditions with Government.
1)They need to work only in India. 2)Doctors from quota work in Govt hospitals (city/rural) only 5 yrs full time no other place 3)Teachers teach in Govt Aided schools (urban/rural) only 5 yrs 4) Similarly each field person serves the corresponding fields in Govt.
Heavy fine/punishment laws who violate.
All the above measures will enhance the Govt Aided school/hospital/institutions and bring in par to Private and reduce the urban/rural parity
