Situation: India Political System is rife with people who are "Career Politicians" i.e. Politics is a means of livelihood for them and they work mainly to get re-elected. Problem: 1) Good politicians are not good administrators or problem solvers because they are conditioned to think on "Political Lines". 2) Good administrators, thinkers, leaders seldom join politics because the system is criminalized, corrupt, devoid of intellectualism, and low in Financial benefits. Moreover life of a politician is hard because rising up the ranks require political acumen and shrewdness. Objective: To cleanse the political system, giving adequate representation to people from all walks of life, who can make a difference to the nation. The solution should not affect "Career Politicians" for whom politics is a means of livelihood. Solution: Background %u2013 National Level Political parties in India are ideology driven. There is an imperative need to make paradigm shift towards %u2018Real Politik%u2019 India is lands of multiple cultures, language and identities. Ideological politics cannot fit the needs of such a diverse group of populace. What appeals to a group of people in one region need not be of any good to the people in other regions. Because of the diversity, problems are quite different. This is a reason why National Politics in India has been of limited success only. The political climate is interspersed with state level politics which ahs led to coalition politics.
