The only other solution was a commando operation and it is possible if and only if that contriy's govt is permitting.Taliban has already stated they wont allow any commando operation.This means if india attacked them there is a good probability that all the passengers would have lost their lives .But now we have 4 or 5 consulates in afganisthan.The situation is totally different.Regarding masood Azhar govt should have killed him in at least in a fake encounter.
