Only call center jobs are close door. I mean very much closed. Pakistan's nucleazr test on 28-30th may 1998, were not close door stuff. Everyone knew it much before. So also they knew of our plan of testing on 13-15th may same year. They commited a silly mistake. They should have tested around end of August or early September so that they could have given a diplomatic reason like because India did we had to do for our security reason. The whole testing method needs at least 4-6 months for any advanced available facility. Pakistan, for the sake of euphoria and so called domestic appeasement, just could not resist the temptation of testing them within a mere 2 weeks after India had her own. People from the intelligence agencies, i.e., Mossad and raw don't come to rediff forum to vomit what they know. Even some of the chineese technicians were there on the test cite.
