Nope, no one should be above law. But remember Sanjay has already gone to jail for 16 months. Also, bomb blast knowledge of Sunil Dutt is just an unfounded theory propagated by some people. It is highly unlikely that those terrorists would confide bomb blast details to Sanjay. However if this was proven, I would think 6 years was too light. With blast theory being a far fetched assumption, and self defense theory much more probable and admitted by court(based on threats), 6 years is too long
